Our 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions are designed to challenge your capabilities in a way that is not possible in a group class environment.

Whether you are new to Reformer Pilates or experienced, during your first session we will start with discussing your fitness history and what you are looking to achieve.

 Depending on your goals, we will always focus on understanding how the core muscles work and you will learn how to activate them correctly. We will also be looking to improve your general strength, flexibility and posture. This will develop your muscular endurance and make your workout more enjoyable and effective, not to mention getting those all-important endorphins flowing!
