Our Private Pre or Post Natal Reformer sessions are specifically designed to suit your needs and the changes your body undergoes. Our aim is to assist you in a safe, personal and effective environment where you can enjoy the benefits of regular exercise throughout your pregnancy and beyond.

 

For Pre Natal clients, studies have shown that regular exercise throughout pregnancy, specifically the core muscles, can help mums-to-be experience shorter labours while reducing lower back and pelvic pain. Also, aiding a faster recovery after childbirth.

For Post Natal, every pregnancy and recovery is different. Therefore, choosing a 1:1 session enables us to design a programme specifically for you. New babies are also able to attend your private session if childcare or timing become an issue (pre-walkers only please).
